PSYCHOTHERAPY FOR ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS
Psychotherapy is a process that largely involves collaborative, regular dialogue between a trained therapist and a client who comes in presenting with problems that they want to work through. The goal of psychotherapy is to help people to lead meaningful and productive lives. Therapy increases their confidence in the life decisions they are making. In therapy, you mostly do the talking, and I listen to you objectively and without judgment. I provide a safe and supportive atmosphere for you to speak openly and together, we work at resolving your concerns.

Fee: Php 3,000 initial intake session; Php 2,000 succeeding therapy sessions
Play is akin to talk, when doing therapy with children. It is deemed helpful for children from ages 3 up to 12. In play therapy, toys are their “words” and play is their “language” (Landreth, 2002 from a4pt.org). A typical session for them may look like we are just playing, but in fact, the therapist is guided by different theoretical orientations in applying play therapy techniques. The goal of play therapy is to help children either offset or resolve psychosocial concerns they may be facing. Ultimately, play therapy aims to help children achieve optimal development. (APT).
